Oprema Awarded Investor In People Accreditation




Multi-discipline distributor Oprema has been awarded accreditation against the Investors in People Standard, demonstrating their approach to people management and a commitment to realising the potential of their employees.

Oprema are based in Cardiff employing exactly 50 employees as of May 2019. The multi-brand distributor is the largest authorised Dahua distributor for 2016, 2017 & 2018, and are the fastest growing security distributors in the UK. With a strong focus on its employees since the start of the company in 2010, Oprema are delighted to have been recognised by Investors in People.

Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results. Underpinning the standard is the Investors in People framework, reflecting the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry. Working with clients across the globe, Investors in People enables organisations to benchmark against the best in the business on an international scale.
