Human Resources Business Support Executive

We are recruiting for a Business Support Executive to join our growing team. Reporting to the HR Director, this will be a varied role involving some elements of traditional PA duties for the Senior Leadership Team, whilst taking on other tasks as required such as HR administration, and events support.

Key responsibilities:

- Providing front of house, meeting and greeting customers, visitors, and contractors to Oprema HQ.

- Organising meetings and minute taking.

- Organising travel and accommodation for the Senior Leadership team and any other staff as needed.

- Providing support for any training and events, such as arranging catering and refreshments.

- HR administration.

- Any other administrative tasks as required, across all aspects of the business.

- Any other duties as commensurate with the post.


- Excellent attention to detail.

- Friendly and approachable.

- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.

- Experience of administrative support within a B2B setting.

- Good communication skills, verbal and written.

- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, handling multiple and varied tasks.

Procurement Procurement Executive Apprenticeship

This apprenticeship opportunity is offered in conjunction with study of the Supply Chain Management Apprenticeship Level 3, delivered by ALS/University of South Wales. Key responsibilities will be:


- Daily review of open order book.

- Chasing suppliers where necessary - obtaining PODs.

- Placing of domestic purchase orders and all associated tasks.

- Daily liasion with other departments to ensure excellent flow of information.

- Invoice queries to be actioned in timely manner

- Set new products up/update prices/datasheets etc.

- There will be a gradual introduction to international supply chain activities

- This is not an exhaustive list, and you may be required to carry out additional duties


- Good communication skills, verbal and written.

- IT literate.

- Mathemathics and English GCSE (Grade A-C).

- Willingness to learn, drive and ambition.

- Over 16 years old, not in full-time education and living in Wales.
