How do I create an account?

To create an account please click on the account/sign in button at the top of homepage, or alternatively click here.

 

I’ve forgotten my password, how can I reset it?

If you have forgotten your password you can reset it on Account / Sign in, or by clicking here and following the instructions you receive in the email.

 

How do I change the delivery address on my account?

Once signed in, go to My Account section and then to Address Book. You can edit and add additional addresses there.

 

How do I update my details?

Once signed in, go to My Account, from here you can update all your account details.

How do I add payment details?

Once signed in, you can edit your payment details in the Stored Payment Methods section.

How do I apply for a credit account?

To apply for a credit account please contact our sales team on +44(0)29 2064 1509.

Pre noon next day delivery

Oprema offer pre noon next day delivery as standard when an item is in stock. Last orders for pre noon next day delivery is 5.30pm.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you can log in to your account section and view the status of any order under My Orders section.

Items delivered direct from our approved suppliers

Special order items

Some items on our website are marked as special-order items. These items are non-returnable. If you have a query regarding one of these items, please contact us on +44(0)29 2064 1509 or email sales@oprema.co.uk

I won’t be in when my order arrives

You should receive an email and/or text message from our courier when your item is out for delivery. If this time isn’t suitable there should be an option to rearrange your delivery. If you experience any issues, please call us on +44(0)29 2064 1509 or email sales@oprema.co.uk

My order arrived damaged

If your order has arrived damaged please ensure you sign the parcel as damaged when receiving it from the courier and then call our sales teams on +44(0)29 2064 1509. All damaged items must be reported to Oprema within 24 hours of receiving them.

What is your returns policy?

How do I return an item that is no longer required?

You can return an item within 30 days of placing an order, providing it’s not a special-order item. For more information on returns please visit the Returns page.

My product has developed a fault
