We understand that sometimes a product may be faulty, or you may change your mind and want to return an item. If you have changed your mind and no longer require a product you can return this to us providing the Return Material Authorisation (RMA) is raised within 30 days of invoice and is not a special-order item*.

If your product has developed a fault you can raise an RMA with our Returns department, we will then be in contact to discuss the options available for the product**.

Some items may develop a fault after the warranty has expired, if this happens and you would like the item repaired please contact our experienced returns team.
