So, we made a simple and easy process to get your unwanted product out of your hands and out of mind.
If you no longer require your product, raise a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) form below within 30 days of your invoice* and email it across to us. We’ll sort it from there.
If your product has developed a fault, raise an RMA form, email it across and we’ll be in contact to discuss your available options**.
*Special order items are non-refundable/ returnable, unless faulty.
**Please note, some manufacturers require you to speak with their technical support team to obtain reference number prior to raising an RMA with Oprema.
